Bruce Harper, managing partner with Trinity Partners’ Columbia office, represented the seller in the sale of 459 St. Andrews Road, located off Interstate 26 in Columbia.  The 4,805-square-foot office building, originally developed as a residential real estate office, sold for $450,000.

Other commercial real estate transactions in recent weeks include:

Josh Tew, Monty Todd and Anna Newton Spiers of Pintail in Greenville represented the seller, AHS Investment Holdings LLC, in the sale of a 39,500-square-foot light industrial building at 408 N. Springs Road in Columbia to the buyer, represented by Ross Kester of Pintail.


Allen Wilkerson and Henry Roe of Colliers represented The Burriss Co. in the lease of 2,947 square feet of office space at 101 Westpark Boulevard in Columbia to Three Oaks Hospice Inc.


Crawford Prezioso of Colliers represented Lela Jane Skipper in the lease of 2,875 square feet of event/retail space at 134 ½ State St. in West Columbia to New Brookland Booking.


DeWees Real Estate Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in Columbia’s office, retail, industrial and land markets said they handled the lease of 601-D Northwood Road in Lexington.


Trinity Partners’ industrial team Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey were engaged to handle the disposition of 739 Old Clemson Road in Columbia. The 25,000-square-foot value-add facility was nearly vacant when sold. The buyer had a 1031 exchange requirement and intends on reinvesting in the space and preparing it for new tenancy.


Nick Stomski, Jake Nidiffer and Ryan Causey of Trinity Partners represented the seller and Rob Lapin represented the buyer in the sale of a 5,000-square-foot retail building at 114 Afton Court in Columbia for $900,000.


Macon Lovelace and Paul Hartley of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 3,500-square-foot office space at 7 Technology Circle in Columbia.
