Salsarita’s will open its fourth Columbia restaurant Monday. The new location in northeast Columbia will create 20 jobs, bringing the company’s total number of workers in the city to 60.
The Charlotte-based restaurant chain will be corporate-owned and located at 1033 Roberts Branch Parkway in the Killian's Crossing shopping center.
The location will feature the company’s new logo, an updated exterior, interior and patio, more high-top seating and additional electrical outlets at tables for charging phones.
“We are thrilled with our new look and are excited to introduce this prototype throughout the country,” said Ken Green, president and COO of Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill, in a news release.
The restaurant opens at 11 a.m. The first 50 guests in line will get a gift card ranging from $10 to $100 for use on a second visit. Burritos and burrito bowls will be on special all day for $6.
On Tuesday, kids eat free with each entrée purchase from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
