Five Points vintage clothing and costume rental shop Hip-Wa-Zee is marking its closing after 20 years in business with a “Final Costume Party” on Saturday.

Four local bands will appear at the event, to be held at 940 Harden St. from 2 p.m. till 6 p.m. Tapp’s Art Center will provide an art installation complete with a cash bar. Last-chance shoppers can also find deals of up to 50% off shop merchandise.

Hip-Wa-Zee opened on Feb. 16, 1999, according to a news release. Customers have found fashion ranging from Elvis costumes to leisure suits, while the store’s costume professionals have styled outfits for photo shoots, parties, plays and movies.

There is a suggested $2 donation for the bands, presented by local recording studio The Jam Room. The Wage Slaves go on stage at 2:15 p.m., followed by Brandy and the Butcher, Damn the Sun and Dead Spring.
