A company that offers customized assisted stretching services will soon be the newest tenant at Cardinal Crossing in Forest Acres.

Rox Pollard, Danny Bonds and John Gressette of Colliers South Carolina recently represented The Beach Company in the lease of 1,961 square feet of retail space to StretchLab, one of the boutique fitness brands offered by California-based XPonential Fitness. This will be the third XPonential brand in Cardinal Crossing, which is already home to Club Pilates and Cyclebar.

No opening date for StretchLab has been announced yet. This will be the fifth StretchLab location in South Carolina. Others are in Greenville, Spartanburg, Fort Mill and Charleston.

“StretchLab is an excellent addition to the health and wellness uses at the center,” Pollard said in a news release. “It offers one-on-one and group-assisted stretching sessions to customers across a broad range of age and fitness levels in a welcoming, fun and community-focused environment.”

Cardinal Crossing is a $60 million mixed-use development on the former site of Cardinal Newman School that includes 256 apartments and 42,000 square feet of commercial shops. Other tenants include Clean Juice, Poogan’s Southern Cuisine, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Crumbl Cookies, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Ice Box.
