A multi-million-dollar renovation to an 18,000-square-foot office building at 209 Stoneridge Drive has been completed and is available for tenant occupancy.

The renovations include upgraded electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, a new elevator, new entrances and professional landscaping, according to a news release from commercial real estate firm NAI Avant. The release said the property has been granted a partial real estate tax abatement which will reduce operating costs.

“209 Stoneridge has been completely transformed into brand new space with an exciting new look after sitting vacant for a number of years,” said NAI Avant senior broker Jeff Hein, who is handling leasing for the building. “It’s also located within minutes of downtown and offers free onsite parking.”

Developer 209 Stoneridge Drive LLC is a limited liability company owned by LB Tax Investments, a Florida-based real estate investment company with commercial and residential real estate properties in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Local firms Fant Architectural Services and Vivere Interior Design oversaw the redesign, with Weathers Contracting handling the construction.
