Retail property sold in Five Points district in Columbia

Trinity Partners recently facilitated the investment sale of 2123 Greene St. in Columbia’s Five Points district.

The retail property was sold with two tenants in place. Pure Barre and Blue Pizza occupy the building with three years remaining on their respective leases, according ot a news release.

Partner Rob Lapin represented the seller in the transaction and Ryan Causey represented the buyer with  founding partner, Nick Stomski, SIOR and Jake Nidiffer, the release stated.

The return on the property, located in the popular Five Points district, represents a an opportunity for the buyer to place money into a consistently relevant area, the release stated.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Amidst the current market conditions and continued increase in cost of debt, it is reassuring to see clients continue to place faith in the Columbia real estate market,” Causey said in the release. “It was an honor to help these buyers place their money into an asset that helps them achieve their financial goals while simultaneously taking part in the continued transformation and growth of Five Points.”
