Columbia, South Carolina –  Partner, Macon Lovelace and Brokerage Associate, Bruce Greenberg represented the seller in the recent sale of 1021 Pinnacle Point Drive in Columbia, SC. The 41,000 square foot multi-tenant office building sold for $3,950,000. Trinity Partners Columbia has been engaged to continue the leasing of the property.

“In this tough lending environment for high vacancy multi-tenant office properties, we were pleased to have worked with the buyer and seller to get this transaction successfully closed.
