S.C. State Fair returning with focus on safety

The S.C. State Fair will return Oct. 13-24 with 70 rides, 90 food stands and an emphasis on safety. Organizers said CDC recommendations and local guidelines will be followed at the 12-day event. Discounted tickets go on sale Sept 8.
