Irmo industrial building fully leased with two new tenants

Irmo industrial building fully leased with two new tenants

A flex building in Irmo has been fully leased.

Trinity Partners has leased 140 Dutchman Boulevard, a flex/industrial building located directly off Interstate 26, according to a news release.

Braden Shockley, Roger Winn and Will McGregor represented the landlord in two transactions totaling 7,500 square feet.

Spray Foam Genie will occupy 3,000 square feet during the first quarter of 2024, the release stated. Spray Foam Genie is a national spray foam insulation franchise that has established itself by insulating homes with sustainable and eco-friendly materials. It currently has 26 locations in the U.S. It was represented by Michael Crowley and James Rogers of Wilson Kibler in the transaction.

The second tenant, Industrial Kiln and Dryer Group Inc. has leased 4,500 square feet in the building, according to the release. It will also occupy its space during the first quarter of 2024.

Industrial Kiln and Dryer Group is in the rotary processing equipment industry, and is a national solutions provider based out of Kentucky with six locations in the U.S., according to the release. Ryan Causey, Nick Stomski and Jake Nidiffer of Trinity Partners represented Industrial Kiln and Dryer Group in the transaction.
