Masa draws culinary inspiration from Oaxaca and Jalisco, Mexico, shaping a menu that revolves around the versatility of masa with a street food influence, the release stated. Classic Mexican dishes such as tacos, quesadillas, fresh tortillas, tamales, huaraches, and molotes are elevated with authentic flavor combinations and the use of freshly prepared in-house masa.
In addition to these traditional favorites, Masa’s expanded menu now features new items like corn ribs and tortas, according to the release. Beyond its dishes, Masa boasts an extensive expertise in agave spirits, offering a diverse selection for patrons. While the Camden location operates as a counter-serve restaurant with a full-service bar, the Rosewood location is set to offer a full-service experience, with bar, booth, and table dining available, the release stated.
