Columbia entrepreneur and multimedia personality Shennice Cleckley is Richland Library’s new entrepreneur-in-residence.

(Photo/Provided)Cleckley, CEO of business development firm Smart Cookie Coaching and host of business lifestyle podcast Live Fully Expressed, will serve as a liaison between the library and the area small business community. She will curate digital content for the library’s website, share insights during regular office hours and work with library staff to offer public programs focusing on timely issues and interests.

Cleckley’s residency runs from May until September.

Initially developed in 2019, the library’s entrepreneur-in-residence program aims to make a diverse group of leaders with proven expertise available to area businesses and entrepreneurs.

Cleckley, a graduate of Columbia College with a degree in political science and public affairs, is also chair of the S.C. Whitmore School Board and a member of the city of Columbia’s Accommodation Tax committee.
