Weston & Sampson welcomes Walt Fletcher, PE, as a Team Leader in their Columbia and No. Charleston offices. Walt brings over 20 years of experience in the study, design, permitting, bidding, and construction of water and wastewater projects with a focus on pumping and conveyance systems.

Walt’s broad base of experience includes water and wastewater pipeline design, pumping station and storage tank design, water and wastewater system rehabilitation, wastewater process design, facility commissioning and start-up, water system planning, and more.
A retired US Air Force Officer, Walt earned his Master of Civil Engineering degree from North Carolina State University and his BA in Chemistry from The Citadel. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina
