Colliers | South Carolina and Red Rock Developments win 2022 SIOR Member to Member Associate Transaction Award

Columbia, SC – Colliers brokers in Columbia and Red Rock Developments professionals were recently honored by the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) for a top industrial transaction globally in 2022 in the category of Largest Dollar Volume Member to Member Associate Transaction Award at SIOR’s Spring Event in Montreal, Canada. 

Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard, SIOR and John Peebles of Colliers | South Carolina represented Red Rock Developments in the lease of a 497,952-square-foot speculative building in Sandy Run Industrial Park in Gaston, SC to Smart Warehousing. The building is on track to deliver in June 2023.  

Salley, Mathews and Beard are all members of SIOR. At the time of the transaction, Peebles was a Member Associate of SIOR and recently received his SIOR designation. 

From Red Rock Developments, Leah Bailey, SIOR and John Barker, SIOR received the award from the SIOR Member side of the transaction. Bailey is the Director of Real Estate and Development and Barker is the President and Chief Development Officer of Red Rock, located in its Charlotte, NC office.
