Columbia SC Express Office Shines at International Leadership Confernece

Columbia, South Carolina — Express Employment Professionals of Columbia, SC took home honors at the staffing agency’s annual International Leadership Conference (ILC) in Denver, Colorado, according to Northan Golden, Columbia, SC Express franchisee.

The Columbia, SC Express office won an award for achieving the 2nd highest Office Services Percentage Growth out of over 800 Express offices nationwide.

In addition, the Columbia, SC Express office was awarded the Circle of Excellence which recognizes top-performing offices in the Express system in sales, recruitment and placement.

Roughly 1,500 Express franchisees and their staff attended ILC March 6-9, which featured workshops and training on staffing and workplace issues such as company culture, burnout, succession plans and sales techniques.
