Developer enters Lexington market with residential community near Lake Murray

Pulte Homes’ first neighborhood in Lexington is taking shape near the shores of Lake Murray.

Carriage Estates features large private homesites in a setting of hills and planned resort-style amenities, a Pulte news release stated.

Carriage Estates offers a choice of six two-story floorplans starting in the low $400,000s, the release stated. The single-family homes range from four to six bedrooms and up to 5.5 baths.

Two floorplans feature a three-car garage for extra storage.

“Carriage Estates has been designed to be both casual and relaxed with plenty of outdoor activities in the neighborhood and at nearby Lake Murray and its 650 miles of shoreline,” said Jaymie Dimbath, vice president of sales and marketing for PulteGroup Coastal Carolinas, in the release. “With top-rated Lexington County schools, nearby shopping and close proximity to the state capital, the community blends luxury and location in a tranquil setting to put down roots and build a new home.”

Planned amenities are centrally located in the 46-acre community and include a swimming pool and clubhouse, firepit and outdoor space for gathering, the release stated. A total of 138 homes are planned in Carriage Estates, ranging in size from 3,000 square feet up to over 3,600 square feet. High-speed internet and cable are included in homeowner’s association dues for cost savings.

Featuring a three-car tandem garage, the Frazier model home will be open to tour this spring, the release stated.
