Forbes ranks 4 Midlands businesses among best

USC was followed by SCANA (369th), Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina (465th) and Southeastern Freight Lines (487th).
Michelin Group, headquartered in Greenville, was the top-ranked business on the list.
Forbes used research from Statista to determine the companies liked best by employees. The research company surveyed 30,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked to rate, on a scale from 0 to 10, how likely they would be to recommend their employer.
MUSC Health in Charleston was ranked 141st and Continental in Fort Mill was ranked 332nd to round out the S.C. businesses on the list.
