Hospitality and tourism hiring event set for Thursday

The S.C. Department of Employment and Workforce is partnering with the S.C. Restaurant and Lodging Association to host on online hospitality and tourism hiring event with more than 150 registered employers.

The job fair, which will take place Thursday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., will feature both full- and part-time positions, according to a news release from DEW.

Employers can register online and will be contacted by an SC Works Center staff member with more details about setting up a virtual booth. Job seekers can also register online to interact with hiring representatives via chat and will need to upload a resume once they register.

Registration links are based on counties, though job seekers can register for multiple areas.  

Registration will remain open until 2 p.m. Thursday.
