(Photo/Provided) Kyle Putnam, RealOp chief investment officer, said the company received numerous offers on the property, situated on 5.25 acres. RealOp, which purchased the property in December 2014, was represented in the transaction by Marcus & Millichap’s Andrew Margulies, Charles Gallagher and Harrison Creason.

“When we purchased the property our goal was to increase occupancy, drive rent growth and exit profitably,” Putnam said in the release. “We have accomplished that.”

In other area transactions:

  • NAI Columbia broker John Gregory and senior broker Peyton Bryant represented the seller in the sale of a 4,247-square-foot office building at 247 Columbia Ave. in Lexington.
