Mungo Homes purchases 63 acres in West Columbia

Listen to this articleMungo Homes has purchased 63 acres of land in West Columbia for $1.3 million. NAI Columbia senior brokers Patrick Chambers and Ben Kelly represented the seller of the land, located on Jessamine Road.
In other area transactions:
- S&G Builder Appliances purchased property at 1214 Bluff Road adjacent to its current location at 1212 Bluff Road for $700,000. Wilson Kibler’s George McCutcheon, Jeremy Wilson and John Metts represented the Richland County-based buyer, which plans to use the property for warehouse space and additional event parking.
- Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson represented the buyer in the purchase of a 4,381-square-foot retail property at 4429 Hardscrabble Road for $690,000.
- Colliers brokers Rox Pollard and Taylor Wolfe represented AT&T in the lease of office space at 945 Lake Murray Boulevard in Irmo from LMC Investments LLC.
