Trinity Partners Columbia has leased more than 52,000 square feet of medical/office space in the last 90 days in commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $7 million.

Nick Stomski, partner, and Jake Nidiffer, brokerage associate, facilitated recent transactions including a newly renovated office space in downtown Columbia. The 2,000-square-foot space at 1523 Richland St. was sold in August to a local investor who engaged Trinity Partners to lease the space. Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance signed on to occupy the space within 60 days of the sale, according to a news release from Trinity.

Stomski and Nidiffer also facilitated the subdivision of an 18,000-square-foot office development in West Columbia. The team negotiated access easement and sold the first building at 101, 103 and 105 Sum Mor Drive. The first space, consisting of 6,160 square feet of office/medical space, is undergoing renovations.

Stomski represented a long-time client in the lease of 22,229 square feet of Class A office building space at 2000 CenterPoint Drive, Suite 400, in the St. Andrews submarket. Trinity also facilitated the sublease of the second-floor space at 696 Medical Park Drive, a 3,398-square-foot medical office in Hartsville. The space was backfilled by Crescent Hospice.

Trinity Partners’ current transactional inventory exceeds 25 million square feet of office and industrial properties leased and managed, according to the release.
